This title definitely explains this template. I made it simple with a white background, no header image, a top javascript menu, and a right column.
It has a styled footer with a RSS feed icon and link script.
I originally made this to develop a very simple PHP blog and I wanted a basic design that wouldn't get in the way.
This is a HTML template that includes a javascript menu (no submenus) and a left column. The sheet is beige and the alternate color items are blue. The sheet width is 900px.
It also has a header design and title as well as a designed footer with links.
